I'm trying hard to keep fitness affordable for everybody. I don't believe that most folx need to work with a trainer twice a week for months to see results.
If money is tight, I believe that a lot of people just need a little push to get started, with a few sessions to get some good information and feedback on how to move more effectively.
If you want more regular coaching and accountability, I love working with people over a longer time frame and watching them gain strength and confidence.
And don't forget, having a training buddy can make working out more fun, keep you motivated, and keep training costs down!

1-1 training: $50-70
2 people: $60-80
