I'm trying hard to keep fitness affordable for everybody. I don't believe that most folx need to work with a trainer twice a week for months to see results.
If money is tight, some people just need a little push to get started, with a few sessions to get some good information and feedback on how to move more effectively.
If you need more regular coaching and accountability, I love working with people over a longer time frame and watching them gain strength and confidence.
Having a training buddy can make working out more fun, keep you motivated, and keep training costs down!
60-minute virtual sessions (sliding scale)
1 person: $50-90
2 people: $30-50 per person
60-minute in person sessions (sliding scale)
1 person: $70-110
2-3 people: $40-60 per person
